Information collected during account creation

When you sign in with Discord, we receive the following information from Discord: Discord username: Your public Discord username, used to identify your account and display in your dashboard. Discord user ID: A unique numeric identifier assigned by Discord. This helps us maintain your account even if you change your username. Email address: The email associated with your Discord account. Used for order confirmations, delivery notifications, and support communications. Profile picture: Your Discord avatar, displayed in your dashboard for personalization.
We only receive this basic profile information. We do not have access to your Discord messages, servers, friends list, or any private information.

Information collected during orders

When you place an order, we collect: Market ID: The Poketwo market identifier where your Pokecoins will be delivered. Required to complete delivery. Order details: The quantity of Pokecoins, selected payment method, and order timestamp. Necessary for processing and record-keeping. Payment confirmation: A transaction reference from the payment provider confirming successful payment. We do not receive your actual payment credentials.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Right Spot website, we automatically collect: Browser information: Browser type and version, used to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues. Device information: General device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) for optimizing the user experience. Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps. Used to improve the website and identify issues.

Information we do not collect

We explicitly do not collect:
  • Full credit card numbers
  • Card expiration dates
  • Card CVV/security codes
  • Bank account numbers
  • PayPal login credentials
  • Cryptocurrency wallet private keys
  • Discord passwords
  • Messages or content from your Discord account
Payment credentials are handled entirely by our payment processors (PayPal, UPI Gateway) and never touch Right Spot servers.

Right Spot uses cookies for: Essential cookies: Required for the website to function, including maintaining your login session. Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or completing purchases.

Data from payment processors

When you complete a payment, the payment processor shares limited information with us:
  • Confirmation that payment was successful
  • Transaction reference number
  • Payment amount
  • General payment method type (card, PayPal, etc.)
For card payments made through PayPal, we receive only the confirmation that payment was successful. PayPal does not share your card details with merchants.

Third-party data sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Information may be shared with: Payment processors: To process your payments (PayPal for cards and PayPal balance, UPI Gateway for UPI). Email service providers: To send transactional emails (order confirmations, etc.). Analytics providers: To understand website usage patterns. All third parties are bound by data protection agreements and only receive the minimum information necessary to provide their services.
